CIFE Recruitment 2014 – Technician, Technical Asst, Sr Technical Officer Posts:
Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai has issued a
notification for the recruitment of 06 Technician, Technical Assistant,
Senior Technical Officer Posts. Eligible candidates may send their
applications within 45 days from the date of advertisement. For more

Age Limit: Candidates
age limit should be 18-30 years for Sr.No:1,2 Posts, 18-35 years for
Sr.No:3 Post as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per
rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Matriculation with atleast one year
certificate from a recognized institution related to fish farm/
aquaculture for Sr.No:1 Post, Bachelors degree in fishery science/ life
science with zoology/ microbiology/ biotechnology from recognized
university for Sr.No:2 Posts, Masters degree in relevant field from
recognized university for Sr.No:3 Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/ written test.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.200/- through demand draft drawn in favour of
ICAR Unit-CIFE, Mumbai payable at SBI, Versova Branch (Code-3117),
Mumbai. SC/ ST/ Women & PWD candidates are exempted from fee.

candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along
with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificate, caste
certificate, experience certificate etc & other relevant documents,
demand draft duly attested by Gazetted Officer within 45 days from the
