Age Limit: Candidates age should be 21 years & upper age limit is 65 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have MS/ MD in Ophthalmology for S.No-1, two years diploma course in Optometry or trained as Ophthalmic Assistant in any of the recognized Govt. Hospitals/ Private Institute for S.No-2.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for interview along with application in prescribed format, all certificates/ testimonials in original, set of self attested photocopies of the same in support of age, qualification and experience, two recent passport size photographs, self photo ID proof at Directorate of Health Services, Orissa, 2nd Floor, HOD Building, Bhubaneswar on 30, 31-01-2015.
