Candidates should read the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. Candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. (ऑनलाइन आवेदन को वेबसाइट के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है . विस्तृत निर्देश साइट पर उपलब्ध हैं . उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी प्रविष्टि बनाने या विकल्प को चुनने से पहले निर्देश को ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए . ऑनलाइन फार्म भरते समय अभ्यर्थियों को सभी आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान करना चाहिए . अनिवार्य जगह को * ( तारांकन ) के साथ दर्शाया गया है. आपको वेबसाइट पर जाने से पहले निम्न तैयारी करनी चाहिए).

- Preparations before making the registration (पंजीकरण करने से पहले तैयारी):
1. Keep a valid and active mobile phone & number (एक वैध और सक्रिय मोबाइल फोन की संख्या रखें).
2. Have a valid and active e-mail ID (एक वैध और सक्रिय ई - मेल आईडी रखें).
3. Keep a scanned copy of your recent passport size coloured photograph with contrasting background in jpg format size not exceeding 100Kb on a pen drive or hard disk of computer.(अपने हाल के पासपोर्ट आकार के रंगीन फोटोग्राफ की स्कैन प्रति जो की JPG के प्रारूप में हो को एक पेन ड्राइव या कंप्यूटर की हार्ड डिस्क पर रखे जिसकी साईज 100kb से अधिक न हो).
4. Keep a scanned copy of your signature (both in Hindi and in English) on white paper as a background with a black ink pen. The format of the scanned signature should be in jpg format size not exceeding 20Kb
(एक काले रंग की स्याही कलम से सफेद कागज पर किये गए अपने हस्ताक्षर (अंग्रेज़ी एवं हिन्दी दोनों) की स्कैन प्रति रखेंजिसका प्रारूप JPG हो और जिसकी साईज 20kb से अधिक न हो).
5. Get confirmed your reservation category (i.e. Unreserved/SC/ST/BC/MBC) and permanent address (आरक्षण वर्ग ( यानी अनारक्षित/अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / बीसी / अति पिछड़े वर्गों ) और स्थायी पते की जानकारी).

- Now proceed to website for filling up the form (अब फार्म भरने के लिए वेबसाइट पर जाएँ).:
1. Register yourself by clicking new user registration
2. Fill in the application form details
3. Please note that application form submitted once cannot be changed again, so please fill your information correctly.
4. After submission of the form, your application ID will be generated. Please note down your Application ID (निबंधन संख्या) for future reference
5. Download the copy of E-Challan at the bottom .
6. Your bank challan will be generated in three copies. Press "Print bank challan" button to print your bank challan. While printing challan use landscape mode of paper setting in the printer. All the necessary information is already filled in the challan copy; Candidates will take its print and deposit the amount in any SBI Branch. Bank will return BSSC Copy and Depositor Copy. 3 days after making the payment, login to the site again and enter your bank challan details to verify your payment made to the bank.
आपके बैंक चालान की तीन प्रतियों में उत्पन्न हो जाएगा. अपने बैंक चालान मुद्रित करने के लिए "प्रिंट बैंक चालान " बटन दबाए. प्रिंटर में पेपर सेटिंग को परिदृश्य मोड (landscape mode) में करके इसे मुद्रित करें. सभी आवश्यक जानकारी पहले ही चालान की नकल में भर जाता है। उम्मीदवारों अपने चालान का प्रिंट लेकर किसी भी भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की शाखा में राशि जमा कर सकते हैं. बैंक आपको BSSC कॉपी और जमाकर्ता कॉपी वापस कर देगी. भुगतान करने के 3 दिन बाद फिर से साइट पर आकर अपने भुगतान सत्यापित करने के लिए अपने बैंक चालान का विवरण दर्ज करेंगें.
7. Please upload the scanned copy of the photograph and two signatures (in Hindi and English). Also please take printout of filled application form for future reference.
