RBI Recruitment 2014 – Security Guard Posts: Reserve
Bank of India invites applications for the recruitment of Security
Guard Vacancies in Class IV cadre at Reserve Bank of India,
Thiruvananthapuram/ Kochi. Eligible Male Ex-Servicemen candidates can

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 25 years (28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC/ ST candidates) as on 01-06-2014.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess minimum X Std pass and maximum under
graduation. Graduates/ Degree holders are not eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on written test and / interview.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidate can send application type written or
neatly hand written in Hindi/ English/ Malayalam (Block/ Capital) on A4
Sheet in prescribed format along with latest passport size signed
photograph (3 cm x 2.5 cm) should
be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application and by
superscribing the envelope as
“Application for the post of Security Guard” through ordinary post to
the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management
Department, Recruitment Section, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-
695033 on or before 01-08-2014.

Sportspersons the recruitment of 53 Assistant/ Office Attendant
vacancies at various centres. Eligible meritorious sportspersons may
send their applications on or before 21-07-2014. For more details like
age limit, qualification, selection process, application fee, how to
apply are given below…

Age Limit: Candidates
age limit should be 18-26 years as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation will be
5 years for SC/ ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates will be
applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline for
Assistant Posts, 10th pass from the Board for Office Attendant Post,
should have represented a State or the country in the National or
international competition, District in State level event, State Schools
Team in the National Sports / Games for Schools conducted by the All
India Schools Game Federation.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.100/- through Demand draft drawn in favour of
“Reserve Bank of India” and payable at respective centre where the
application is submitted. SC/ ST candidates are exempted from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along
with attested copies of qualification certificates/ mark sheets,
certificates relating to efficiency/merit in games/sports, caste
certificate, age proof, Employment Exchange Registration card,
experience certificates if any, demand draft etc to the Regional
Director, Reserve Bank of India, Recruitment Section, at respective
centre on or before 21-07-2014. The documents containing envelope should
be superscribed as “For recruitment of Sportspersons”.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 21-07-2014.
