NIOT Recruitment 2014 – Walk in for Adhoc Scientist, Sr &Jr Project Fellows, Lab/ Field Assistant Posts: National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) has released notification for the recruitment of 09 Adhoc Scientist, Senior Project Fellow, Junior Project Fellow and Lab/Field Assistant vacancies on adhoc basis. Name of the Posts:
1.Adhoc Scientist: 01 Post
2. Senior Project Fellow: 01 Post
3. Junior Project Fellow: 05 Posts
4. Lab/ Field Assistant: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit is below 35 years for Post No.1, 32 years for Post No.2 and below 28 years for Post No.3&4.Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D. in Life Sciences with experience in Physico/ Chemical/ Biological analysis of seawater for Post No.1, 1st class M.Sc. in Life Sciences with two years research experience for Post No.2, M.Sc. in Life Sciences for Post No.3 and should have passed +2 or equivalent for Post No.4.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in a written test and the interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may appear for walk in interview along with their original mark lists/ certificates and a set of attested copies of the same in proof of qualification (matriculation onwards), age, experience and testimonials, at ESSO-National Institute of Ocean Technology, NIOT Campus, Velachery-Tambaram Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai – 100 on 28-05-2014.
