1. X-Ray Technician: 02 posts
2. Data Entry Operator: 01 post
3. Block Data cum Accounts Assistant: 01 post
4. Staff Nurse: 36 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age shouldn’t exceed 65 years.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must pass Diploma in X-Ray Technician with registered in
Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty for S.No.1 post, Degree with 01 year
computer course for S.No.2 post, B.Com degree with 01 year computer
course & knowledge in Tally Software for S.No.3 post, GNM Diploma
Training with registered in Uttar Pradesh Nurses & Midwifery Council
for S.No.4 post.

Interested candidates can send their application in prescribed format
available in the notification & xerox copies of all necessary
documents, affix self addressed Rs.5/–5/- postal stamps on top of the
