1. Deputy Manager: 60 Posts
(i) Operations: 16 Posts (UR-9, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-4)
(ii) Mechanical: 18 Posts (UR-11, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-4)
(iii) Electrical: 23 Posts (UR-13, SC-3, ST-1, OBC-6)
(iv) Instrumentation: 01 Post (UR)
(v) Ceramics: 01 Post (UR)
(vi) Chemical: 01 Post (UR)
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 37 years as on 01-01-2014. Relaxation in age for OBC & SC/ ST candidates will applicable for the post reserved for OBC candidates (Non Creamy Layer) 03 years, SC/ ST candidates 05 years. Age relaxation for PWD upto 10 years & Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Hydraulics/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Ceramics/ Chemical Engineering, M.Tech in Materials Science.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay application fee of Rs.500/- as examination fee for General and OBC Candidates & Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST/ PWD candidates through State Bank of India specially opened at Power Jyoti Account No:31932241266 at Burnpur. For outstation candidates can go to nearest SBI branch with a printout of SBI Challan available at Application Registration Portal.

Candidates should upload scanned copies of their certificates, testimonials in support of educational qualification, experience certificate etc & recent Coloured photograph in SAIL’s website at the time of filling their applications. All relevant documents are need to be downloaded & printed copies are required to sent to the Office of DGM (Personnel-OD), SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur-713325, Dt:Burdwan, West Bengal by speed post on or before 08-02-2014.

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 34 years as on 01-02-2014. Age relaxation is 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E/ B.Tech in Metallurgical/ Mechanical/ Production Engineering with 65% marks from a recognised university with relevant experience.

5. Fill the online application form with mandatory details and download the pay in slip for payment of application fee.
6. Pay the fee as mentioned above and receive Unique Journal Number and branch code of the branch collecting the money and fill details in the online application form and submit it.
7. After applying online, the candidate is required to download the system generated registration slip with unique registration number and other essential details.
