No.1 to 10 , Bachelor degree in Planning with specialization in Urban Planning with minimum 5 years work experience for S.No.11, Bachelor degree in civil engineering with minimum 5 years experience for S.No.12 & 15, Masters degree in Social Sciences with minimum 5 years work experience for S.No.13 & 16, Masters in Urban Planning and management, Social Sciences, with practical experience of working in the development areas for S.No.14 & 17.
