Age Limit: candidates
age should not exceed 40 years for Sl No I (1,2) & II (1,16,17) and
35 years for remaining all posts as on 31-01-2014. Age Relaxation is
applicable for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXS candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have Graduate with M.Com for Accountant and Degree in
Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in any branch for Assistant Engineer and 3
year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical
Education for Technical Assistant (Mechanical) and B.Sc in Physics or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Laboratory Assistant for
Laboratory Assistant and refer notification for post wise qualification,
experience details.
Selection procedure:
candidates are selected based on written test & interview for Sl No I
(1,2) & II (1-5) and Practical Test/ Physical test/ Objective type
written test & interview for Sl No II (6-18).
Application Fee:
Candidates have to take Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.200/- in favor of
Cochin Shipyard Limited on any Nationalized bank payable at Kochi and no
fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ candidates.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 58 years as on 31-01-2014 (Preferred age group 45 to 58 years).
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a
polytechnic college recognized by State/ Central govt for Post 1 and
Retired Defence Personnel like CPO/ MCPO or Retired Employees of Public
Sector Undertakings at Supervisory Level and who have experience of
academic hostel management or such work for Post 2.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Personal Interview.
